​Our client fell in love with this extra large, hand-woven piece from a trip to Central America. Just look at the amount of work that must have gone into creating this!

​There are a few methods that can be applied to display tapestry, but considering the size of this item as well as the space that it was going to be hung in, we decided to stretch the fabric over canvas stretcher bars and then frame it without glass, like a traditional woven piece.
 
We crafted a beautiful wooden frame with a nice luster and a weathered brass trim by Larson Juhl that adds just the right amount of contrast to the simple colour palette. We wanted the frame to be a subtle addition rather than the primary focus.

 The result speaks for itself.
