The Tyson Fury Project

It's time to bring out the gold trim!

​We get to create and build many frame designs for all kinds of sports memorabilia. And we were lucky enough to work with a signed pair of shorts from this professional boxer. Here is the Tyson Fury project.

The design

​Keeping it sleek and muted behind the shorts, we chose a satin black mat to mount the item on. We decided to leave a 2 inch allowance around the shorts before the frame. This helps the shorts breathe within the frame design and create a center.

We didn't want to create a break in the flow so carried the black through to the moulding for our frame, allowing the focus to remain on the shorts.

This is a large piece with plenty of impact as is, but we had to add a little gold! The entire inside lip of the frame is lined with a gold accent mat.
