I love this season! No not summer…well I do love summer…but I’m talking about wedding season! I’m a hopeless romantic who would absolutely crash every wedding if I could just to be a part of that ‘moment’. Since I can’t actually crash every wedding I wanted to somehow try to be a part of yours by showing you 6 awesome ways to incorporate frames into your big day.
You’ve invited a lot of people to share in your wedding and the last thing you want is for everyone to be wondering what’s next? Have a schedule of the reception framed and on display for everyone to see. Keep friends and family on track so that your mind can focus on your ‘ever after’.
Social media has become a hug part of weddings. Tell your guests how to share and tag your wedding photos on Instagram or Facebook. Trust me, you’ll want to see every picture to help remember the day!
Sometimes a loved one cannot be at your wedding. Honor and remember them for a powerful and special wedding touch.
Quotes and expressions add that personal element to your wedding. Make the day yours by incorporating meaningful words around the reception area. Guests will feel inspired!
Deciding on the perfect seating chart for your wedding has become a challenge with so many creative ideas circulating. I love using frames to create something unique but also sophisticated for the day. There are endless ways to arrange the frames to let guests know where to sit so be original!
Add some fun to your wedding with photobooths! Everyone has a camera with them at all times thanks to mobiles so having little areas set up for guests to take selfies or group pictures is a must. The great thing about using frames for photoprops is that they double as chic décor. We're always happy when something can serve double duty on an expensive wedding!
Frames are wonderfully elegant and beautiful so look amazing placed on tables or propped up against a wall. If you do want to elevate them even further in your decorating scheme try combining them with flowers. These are absolutely stunning and are sure to wow your guests!
I love the idea of a guest book but after the wedding what do you do with it? Often it gets stored away and forgotten. I propose we change this by having guests sign little hearts or puzzle pieces that can be placed in a shadowbox or shellacked, framed and hung on your wall after it’s all said and done.
Tell your story
People from all over have come to celebrate you so tell them your love story! Hang pictures of when you first met, first date and all the special moments that brought you to today. There will not be a dry eye in the place!
Whether you’re going for a rustic outdoor wedding or a modern indoor event, frames can add that personal flare and unique touch to your wedding day. As we always say around here, life is better framed and you want your wedding to be the best it can be so get framing!
Tune back for next week’s blog when I give you some ideas on how all those memories can be preserved and displayed. Be sure to tag us on Instagram @leframeshoppe with some of your best wedding moments. I’d love to see them!
