BEING THANKFUL

​Without a doubt, I am a ‘people person’. Ever since I can remember, I loved being around people and getting to know them. I love helping when I can, learning from their experiences and delighting in the things they find delightful!

​I particularly like learning about people’s stories. Family history, kids, adventures, business stuff…all of it and as much of it as possible! These stories are inspiring and full of emotions. Coming in to our shoppes, you might think that we run some sort of biography service or a confessional but the catalyst is custom framing!

​I am so thankful that we are in this line of business because through the process of custom framing an amazing chain of events happens that makes everyone feel great. As we discover why our client is getting their treasure framed and where it may be going a beautiful partnership starts to develop. Inspiration and enthusiasm follow as we begin putting together the many design options. As the client leaves the artwork with us to be framed, the excitement and the anticipation at the results of our choices start to develop. Pride in craftsmanship and a sense of accomplishment build as we frame the piece. When finished, we call the client to come in for the big reveal…a magical moment similar to the experience of opening a Christmas gift you wished and wished for. Finally, happiness and joy emanates from our customer as they view their newly created masterpiece which, as you know, are extremely contagious emotions that spread around the shoppe quickly!

​How lucky are we? What we do makes people happy and we get to do it everyday. So on this Thanksgiving, on behalf of all of us at Le Frame Shoppe I’d like to say thank you.
