There’s so much hustle and bustle around this time of year. Feelings of being overwhelmed sometimes creep in and overshadow holiday joy. We’re often trying to snap that perfect shot and capture a blog-worthy memory. But this year I challenge everyone to live in the moment. To breathe in the present and to be connected to what is unfolding right in front of them.
We all want to remember, but not at the risk of missing the moment. It’s ok to put down the camera and soak in what’s happening around you. Live it. Feel it. Let those memories stick and become part of who you are. Then grab a memento so that those feelings can surface whenever you look upon it.
