Sa Majeste with Aslin

It's always fun when we get to meet people whom we've followed, loved and have been inspired by. 

Aslin, the famous Montreal cartoonist, was an absolute treat!

​For over 50 years, Aslin's works have been admired and published. His image of the Queen was selected for a European exhibition and we had the honour of designing the perfect frame to compliment it and turn it into a memory for his home!  

Wanting something a little contemporary and with some flair, we selected a rough textured, slate grey moulding from Fotiou. We added a silver accent moulding on the inside for that extra something special! ​

This poster is large! So we decided to cover the piece with non-glare acrylic.

We love how this piece turned out and that we helped preserve it for a true icon in Montreal! We are looking forward to many more projects!
