Who has heard of barn quilts before? The Barn Quilt Project was for an amazing local artist who makes these stunning pieces!
Bonnie makes barn quilts on large plywood sheets. Traditionally, these artworks decorate the outside of barns and out buildings, but today more and more people are using them as décor accents inside their homes! 
We love when beautiful things take on a new appreciation. These barn quilts are truly art! To give them a finished look, we floated the piece within a contemporary gallery depth floater frame by Roma Moulding and using some hidden mounting techniques; we brought the needed depth to make this amazing barn quilt ‘float’!

I would like to have a barn built in my farmhouse since this is where the horses will stay. Thank you for sharing here as well that it will be a great idea to have a decor accent installed in it. I also agree with you that the space must at least have a gallery floater if possible. Leave a Reply. |
