We’ve ended another month so it’s time to share our top pinned images with you. This past month, the two pins that got the most attention had a lot in common…

​I’m suspecting people are feeling creative as they look at the flowers bursting from their buds and painting the ground with absolute beauty. It’s hard not to get inspired! And these pins inspire! What’s fun about them is that they turn something from ordinary into extraordinary with simple additions.
 
Adding a layer of everyday wire over this work’s mat creates a ton of interest and character.  What I love about it is that it helps tell the story of the piece. Instantly I’m brought to a farm and feel that rustic vibe.

​Our next most pinned image does something similar to the first in so far as objects are added to the work for that extra bit of punch! The colorful pushpins around the mat pull from the pattern on the cat and add whimsy to the piece.
