As things are slowly getting back to some sort of normalcy we can’t help but reflect on the last couple of months. COVID-19 has brought about new protocols and regulations, and we can say that one giant positive has surfaced for us.
 
When our business was allowed to re-open its doors again our priority had to be the safety of our staff and clients. Our aim is always to create a welcoming space for people to share their stories as we discuss design ideas for their items to be framed, so how do we join those two worlds?
 
After much deliberation we decided to open by appointment during our regular business hours. This would allow us to clean our shoppes in between clients and ensure that social distancing measures are met. As scary as this change would be, it was the option that checked all of the boxes. We could only hope that it would be a success.
 
Really we shouldn’t have been surprised by the support from all of you. You embarked on this journey with us and helped make our by appointment approach one that we hope to continue. We are thrilled that this change not only ensures a safe environment for our staff and clients but it allows for complete focus on every person that books a time. There are no walk-ins and distractions to break the flow in conversation and creativity and we feel that we are able to offer an even better experience for our clients as a result, which we are so thankful for!
 
When you come to Le Frame Shoppe during your scheduled time we want to be as prepared as possible and have ready design ideas detailed to you and your project, incorporating your tastes, requests and requirements of your piece.
 
In order to do this, we’ve created a quick form that allows us to efficiently gather your design ideas and needs when you request an appointment. We’ve added this form to our Facebook page as well as our website to make booking time with Le Frame Shoppe as simple as possible. Rachel, will then be in touch with you to confirm your date and time.
 
When you come to your appointment we will walk you through and help you visualize the designs and concepts of the different framing options that have been created just for you. Once you’ve chosen your design, we will then turn it into a “wow” moment of custom framing!
