Inherited Art

​When we inherit art, the older pieces often need a refresh. With just the right frame design you can achieve an updated look all while maintaining the wonder of the original piece!

This original Tom Thomson was inherited from our clients' parents. We wanted to freshen it up a little and still keep true to the classic aesthetic of the work.

We used a wood moulding by Roma Moulding with sleek angular black edges and an antique silver leaf face. The combination of these elements gave us exactly the feel we were looking for that brought this classic piece into the present!
