​What a collector's piece! Let's take a look at The US Mint Project.

Sheets of money make eye-catching gifts that offer both monetary and sentimental value. Our client bought this sheet of one dollar bills from the US Mint in 1993, which after getting a custom frame design by us, was recently given as a gift to his father.

Because money has two sides, when deciding on a frame design we wanted to keep the back of the piece clear so that the bills could be seen from both front and back.  To do this, we used acrylic for the backing. ​

​The moulding has a beautiful rustic finish that not only complements the traditional antique feel of the bills, but also works perfectly in the space it will hang.

To highlight the sheet and add a feel of grandeur we went with a double mat design in a charcoal and off white, while leaving just a small amount of space around the sheet of bills.
