Have you ever walked through a home and have been overcome with feeling? When we toured our fixer upper, we knew instantly that it would be our home. We stopped looking at the tattered wall-to-wall rug and the very dated finishes and simply began to feel the love that this house stored within its walls. This house had a good story and we wanted to be a part of it.
We could only guess what the story was. There was nothing left behind for us to physically see but sometimes a house has hidden gems that help new homeowners piece together its past. The Postcard Project did just that.
Our client found two old postcards in the walls of her home!

Deciding to honour this find, we crafted custom frames for this duo out of our black BASIX line. A cream mat surrounds the postcards for a fresh and classic finish.
