​Home is far more than walls. It houses our person along with our story and… it has a story of its own.
 
Have you ever walked through a home and have been overcome with feeling? When we toured our fixer upper, we knew instantly that it would be our home. We stopped looking at the tattered wall-to-wall rug and the very dated finishes and simply began to feel the love that this house stored within its walls. This house had a good story and we wanted to be a part of it.
 
We could only guess what the story was. There was nothing left behind for us to physically see but sometimes a house has hidden gems that help new homeowners piece together its past. The Postcard Project did just that.
 
Our client found two old postcards in the walls of her home!

​Deciding to honour this find, we crafted custom frames for this duo out of our black BASIX line. A cream mat surrounds the postcards for a fresh and classic finish.
