THE VINTAGE LABELS PROJECT

Vintage labels turned art. That's what our client did when he came to us to custom frame these antique items and they turned out incredible! Here is The Vintage Labels Project.

​Our client had three vintage labels that he wanted to display in a special way. We pulled on our choices for a fabric mat to give these items the elevated backdrop they needed. Because these labels are vintage, we played up on that theme with a subtle nod to the past and selected a black velvet fabric mat that we tipped each of the labels on.

We custom made a frame using a shiny, red moulding from Roma Moulding to bring out the reds in each label. This also added a stunning contrast to the overall design. 

And to maintain the integrity of the labels we added a cover of UV protection glass.

Really anything can be turned into art!
