Another month down. Another set of our top pins comes your way. And they’re all about the memories!

This pin has come up on top before and here it is again for August. Framed baby shoes are the absolute keepsake. As your kids run around the house you’ll smile back on those tiny shoes, wonder when they’re feet got so big (and loud!) and thank yourself for keeping their first pair of walkers safe from the wears of time.
There are a ton of ideas for preserving childhood memories and we compiled our favorites in a post from the archives that, thanks to all of you, has resurfaced. At this time of year, I can’t help but think how quickly children spurt up. Not only physically, but little personalities develop, their likes and dislikes change and their baby days seem so long ago. I take solace in having framed special baby pieces to help me loose myself in memories of those younger years when I’m feeling extra sentimental.
Framing memorabilia of a loved one is not only a way to remember, but also a way to pay tribute to the person you care so much for. We’ve recently attended two memorials and I can say that people are never forgotten so long as their memories live on.
There’s no better time than Fall to go through old boxes and pull out the items that make you remember. Protect them and cherish them.
