Colour can be daunting when adding it to design but it is also energizing! And very much appreciated at the end of a long, cold, Montreal winter! Here are some of our tips to incorporate colour into your next frame design.
 
There are so many ways to add colour into your frame designs. To get you started we’ve put together some of the basics.
 
The simple pop
 
This is the easiest way to add a slice of colour to your art. It adds an element of interest and will blend into your current décor.

The full mat
 
This is a popular choice and great way to highlight an element within an art piece. Side note: Often we’re drawn to artwork with colours that we love, so adding a complimentary mat usually isn’t a far stretch from our existing décor
