The Nurses Project

What an honour to work on such an achievement piece! Here’s The Nurses Project.

Our client brought in several objects of significance to include in a framed piece for her niece. Coming from a long line of nurses, she too chose to become a nurse during the pandemic. 

Our goal for this piece was to create a work that primarily celebrates our client’s niece’s achievements, the significance of her career choice, and as well the strong women in her family who also chose to become nurses. There’s a lot of honourable items in this project!

​We selected a red velvet backdrop for the commemorative pins. This colour pulls from the details of the objects, as well as shows strength with an instant recognition of importance.

The silver moulding is such an elegant choice to craft our frame and ties in the various plaques included in the project.

Thank you to all the health care workers and to our client for allowing us to be a part of this amazing piece!
